Who is responsible

What I collect and why
When you request a sample or quote, I receive your name, email address, optional store URL, catalog size, the problem you describe and the supplier file you upload. I use these to review the sample, prepare the sample cleanup and quote, and reply to your request. If you agree to a project, I use the agreed catalog data to deliver that work.
I process the request to take the steps you ask for before a potential contract, and to perform the contract if you proceed (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not use a sample request as consent to send marketing.
Only send the data needed
Send only supplier product data you are allowed to share. Do not include customer or order data, passwords, store credentials or other sensitive personal information. Required fields are needed to assess and reply to the request; without them I may not be able to provide the sample.
Services used to handle your request
Netlify provides website hosting, form reception and uploaded-file storage. Form notifications are delivered to the Gmail address above, using Google's email service. These providers handle data needed to operate those services. I do not sell your data or publish your files as examples without your permission.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Netlify describes its EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clause safeguards in its data processing agreement. How long I keep it
Files and reports are deleted 30 days after a project closes, or 30 days after your sample request if no project follows, or sooner on request. Only change-log metadata is kept: row numbers, field names and the rules applied, without your data. Invoice and other records that must be kept by law are handled separately.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and data portability where applicable. You may object where processing is based on legitimate interests. Contact ggbootello@gmail.com to make a request; I may need to confirm your identity. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR.
You can complain to your data protection authority, including Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. There are no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects from a sample request.
